Plan-specific use
Public samples: evaluation only, up to 10 records per public preview; no redistribution or resale. Individual: personal research and standard API access to the portfolio, subject to the subscribed plan's limits; no redistribution. Professional: internal professional or business research with higher API usage; no external redistribution unless separately licensed. Enterprise: production integration and agreed bulk or historical delivery; redistribution, white-label and AI/ML rights require explicit written authorization. x402: payment for an individual machine request does not itself grant bulk, resale or redistribution rights.
Evaluation use
Unless a separate written license states otherwise, a sample supplied by DModify may be used internally to evaluate technical fit and data quality. It may not be resold, sublicensed or republished as a competing dataset.
Production and redistribution
Production use, automated redistribution, customer-facing redistribution, API access or resale requires rights stated in the applicable commercial agreement.
Source attribution
Where delivery includes source provenance fields, they should be preserved when technically reasonable. Public descriptions must not imply endorsement by an underlying government source.
AI/ML, RAG and model-training use
No general website statement grants model-training, pre-training, fine-tuning, RAG/vector-index, derivative-model or similar AI/ML rights. Where required, those rights and any restrictions are defined in the applicable written commercial agreement.
Redistribution and derivative delivery
Redistribution, resale, sublicensing, white-label delivery and customer-facing republication require rights expressly granted in the applicable written commercial agreement.
Separate agreements
A signed enterprise, subscription or order agreement controls if it conflicts with this baseline page.
